Rev. Jimmie Rivera
Lead Pastor
Coming out of years of abuse and drug addiction, Jimmie Rivera found Jesus in 1981 through the ministry of Teen Challenge - and never looked back. After graduating from Teen Challenge, he worked with youth at a Church of God for several years. Getting his Associates degree in Business Administration and going to school for construction trades, he became the Property Manager for a large condominium complex. It was at this time that he felt the call to ministry and began working nights to get his ministry education as well as working in pastoral ministry. Growing greatly in his relationship with the Lord and in His Word, he went into ministry at Teen Challenge Training Center as Vocational Administrator. He was married and raising his family when he got his credentials. In 1994, God called him and his wife Debbie to start the ministry here at City Limits Assembly of God and they have been loving the people of Allentown ever since. Pastor Jim loves God, loves people and loves the city of Allentown. He and Debbie have 3 children and 11 grandchildren.

Rev. Bev Fekula
Executive Pastor, Retired
As the Associate Pastor at City Limits for 15 years, Pastor Bev faithfully served the congregation, Pastor Jim, and the community. Still committed in retirement, she continues to faithfully pray for the needs of City Limits Assembly of God and serves as needed. She and her husband Jack have 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Rev. Ray Hernandez
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Ray came to the church a few years after its beginning; coming alongside the Rivera’s to help in any way needed. Along with his wife Ruth, he has been faithful in his commitment to, and prayer for, City Limits. In all of City Limits’ activities, you will find them present and helping wherever needed.
